Do you plan on adding gay/yaoi content? If you do, make it an option in the preferences menu that can be enabled and disabled so people who don't want to see it can turn it off.
some characters will be gay/bi/pan/ace, etc. MC is canonically straight and there is no plans to change that. That said some of the girls will form relationships with each other if Mc is dating both of them or neither. However no romance or scene is mandatory and what characters do when MC is not present will not be forced viewing.
